Basic Construction: Outer casing is of thick Mild Steel Sheet duly pre treated with primers for rust proofing & painted with heat resistant powder coating. The casing is reinforced with angle iron frame, nicely welded and properly rinsed. Heavy duty Insulated Door is hinged type & can be easily opened.

Heating Zone & Insulation: Heating zone/Inside chamber is fabricated out of thick Zirconium Ceramic Fiber Board of super grade & backed by high quality heat resistant Fiber blanket or high temperature ceramic fiber board Insulation.

Heating Elements: The Furnace is heated with Silicon Carbide Rods of suitable wattage depending on the size of the chamber assuring the most uniform heat throughout.

Temperature Range & Control: The furnace has working temperature of 14000C & is controlled by PID based Temperature Controller Cum Indicator with R Type Sensor.

Control Panel: Consisting of a heavy duty step-down transformer, Digital temperature controller cum indicator, on/off MCB switch, neon light, Voltmeter and Ampere meter in the panel

Power Requirements: To work on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts AC supply
