We at ‘Ferrotek’ offers high performance Laminar Flow Clean Air Cabinets. Modular construction, combining aesthetic appeal with functional utility and efficiency. These are designed to meet the filtration, illumination, Noise & Vibration requirements and US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295), providing air to meet class 100 (class I) conditions, to the extent applicable. Ideal for microbiological manipulations, work with bioassays sterility testing & research work & vial filling & for general dry-processing work in semiconductor industry etc. Provides a comfortable ‘sit down’ working position for the operators.

 

 

Salient Features of “ferrotek” Laminar Flow Cabinets :

  • Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet complete made of Steel Powder coated.
  • Side panels made of 6 mm thick transparent polycarbonate. Front sliding door made up of same material.
  • Cabinet is fitted with high quality polyester pre-filters and HEPA Filters for environment protection. Filter seat will be carefully formed, installed and checked for leakage. Laminar Flow Cabinet is based on the principle of double filtration of air thus creating highest level of clean air. Atmospheric air will be drawn through the pre-filters by heavy duty blowers and passed through HEPA Filters which can filter almost all air born contaminants such as dust, fungal spores, bacteria etc. Double filtered Laminar flow air will blow Vertically through the working table at a nominal velocity of approx.90 ft./minutes. The Laminar flow Cabinet will be free from all contaminants of microbiological origin. HEPA filter media of Glass fiber are rated 99.99 % at 0.2/0.3 microns.
  • Twins blower dynamically balanced and with ISI Marked 0.25 HP electric motor operating on 230 volts, AC power supply mounted on shock resistant base of Cabinet/anti-vibration pads.
  • Touch Control Panel with ON/OFF Switch, UV, Air Blower and Fluorescent light Switch.
  • Illumination : 2×40 Watts shadow less Uniform Lighting provided.
  • U.V. Tube : 01 No. of Imported Germicidal Tube of 3’ Size.
  • Air Filter Gauge : Magnehelic gauge to indicate dirt Built up in filters.
  • Vibration : Less than 0.001 inch average displacement of work table.
  • Noise : Less than 65 dB on A scale of Work area.
